The late Rev. Rob Chandler served as pastor of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Bryan/College from 2000-2007. During this time Rob showed our community a compassionate faith, which held at its heart the words Jesus spoke in Matthew 25:40:

“Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these..., you did it to me.”

In life Rob wanted to make a positive difference in the lives of those around him. Having passed from this life in April 2009, this event is being held in his memory as a way to honor the faith that he shared so generously among us.
